How will I receive my order?
We partner with trusted couriers like Bluedart, Delhivery, Indian Post, and FedEx for smooth deliveries. If FedEx or Delhivery don’t service your area, we’ll ship via Indian Post (longer delivery times apply). Relax after your order is confirmed, and be sure to answer courier calls.

How long will it take?
Orders dispatch in 3-4 working days, with delivery in an additional 4 days. You’ll receive tracking details by SMS and email.

If you encounter any delivery issues, please report them to us within 5 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist with any issues raised after this period. 

• SDAFT does not encourage size misfit replacements but if you want to go ahead with size exchanges, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Since all our products are made-to-order—printed just for you—We recommend referring to our size chart and measuring with a tape before placing an order to avoid size misfit . Returns due to size misfits are donated to charity, as they cannot be resold. Thank you for understanding and helping us reduce waste! • There may be a variation of +/- 0.5 inches from the size chart. If the variation is exceptionally low or exceeds 0.5 inches, please email us pictures of the measurements taken with a tape to avail of free replacements.
• Customers must provide proof, including pictures or videos, to request a free replacement. Please contact SDAFT customer care within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Replacements will be processed within 7-14 working days after verifying the claim. Please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 working days) for our response upon receiving your replacement request.
• If the package you receive is in poor condition, tampered with, or damaged before opening, please contact us at support@streetdogsarefamilytoo.com with your Order ID, name, and supporting proof such as images or videos. Ensure that the UID barcode remains intact. Our return and exchange policy allows you to request a return within 5 days of receiving your item on the above condition.
• For returns, the products must be unused, unwashed, have their labels and tags intact, and be returned in their original packaging along with the bill copy.
• You can choose between a refund or replacement, subject to stock availability*.
• Processing and shipping a replacement product typically takes about 7-14 working days.
• Please note that items on sale, offers, discounts, customized products, and gift vouchers are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
